Welcome to Sun Wind and Rain Ltd – Renewable Energy
Our Vision – To create a brighter future using Renewable Energy.
We believe the way to achieve this is to help people become more aware of the Environment and take action to help prevent global warming. The planet is in a delicate balance and the way forward is to work together with nature rather than against it.
Sun Wind and Rain are elements that can be harnessed by Renewable Technology so that you can make a difference.
Using Renewable Energy systems such as biomass, solar PV, natural insulation and low energy lighting we can make changes to our homes and businesses to reduce our carbon footprints and energy consumption.
Sun Wind and Rain Ltd is based in Norwich, Norfolk covering the UK and Europe.
We supply and install renewable energy products and low energy alternatives to domestic, commercial, government and schools.

We use GB-Sol as our Solar PV provider.
GB-Sol has the largest range of UK made PV modules on the MCS list.
GB-Sol minimises the carbon footprint of its aluminium frames
As part of their commitment to reducing the CO2 generated in the production of PV modules and mounting systems, they have been able to have their RIS (roof integration system) sections extruded from aluminium billets which come from aluminium drinks cans. This material is sourced in North Wales and extruded within a few miles of the factory in South Wales so they have also cut down the transportation miles at the same time.
All deliveries in 2011 will have this new material.
They have many other carbon reductions coming on stream in the near future, each a stepping stone towards their goal of becoming a zero carbon manufacturer making a zero carbon renewable energy product.
GB-Sol was rated top ‘Best-Buy’ in the Ethical Consumer ‘Buyers Guide to Photovoltaic renewable energy (PV) panels’ receiving the highest rating of 14.5 against the lowest rating of 4.
The results reveal that some of the world’s biggest makers of renewable energy solar power panels are in fact amongst the least ethical with BP and Sanyo coming bottom in the survey.
